Orchard Place
On September 11, Orchard Place staff and students completed acts of service as part of the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
The kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders assembled care packages for the Des Plaines Fire Department and Des Plaines Police Department.
The 3rd, 4th and 5th graders packed meals for families in need at Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg.
Principal Jennifer Bautista said, "Our Eagles S.O.A.R. when we positively contribute to our school and our community!"
