Orchard Place Elementary School fourth graders in Ms. Katherine Koeppen's music class spent time working on musical drawings.

The class first watched a short video and they were asked to answer the question "how did the music and pictures in the video make you feel?"

They also were tasked with drawing a picture to go along with their answer.

They then had to write about a scene in their life when they felt rhythm and then draw an illustration representing that time.

Students said they felt rhythm when they played basketball, when they are in class, when they played video games and even when they were sleeping.

The fourth graders enjoyed participating in these creative exercises and sharing their answers with the rest of the class.
